The Sales Manager will motivate, develop and coach the Sales team to deliver the agreed volume of new and used vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure adequate stock and mix in order to offer the appropriate range of vehicles and colours to customers, arrange off-site promotional events in order to raise brand awareness and work with your team to retain customers to the retail facility and the brand.
To be successful in this role you will need:
+ Proven Sales Manager experience, main franchise experience preferred
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
+ Passion and drive for exceeding targets
+ Competence in Microsoft packages
+ A full driving licence
