The Sales Manager will take full responsibility for leading, managing, and growing both the Telesales and Field Sales teams. The role requires driving revenue growth, ensuring outstanding customer service, and delivering on company sales targets. The Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, coach and motivate the team, and ensure that all customers are engaged, supported, and satisfied with ICS UK Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales and field sales teams to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, ensuring the team has the right skills, attitude, and motivation to succeed.
Oversee day-to-day management of sales staff, including performance monitoring, coaching, and development.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure excellent customer service standards across all sales channels, driving high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training to ensure the team is motivated, skilled, and focused.
Monitor sales KPIs (new business, repeat orders, customer retention, margin, call volumes, visits, etc.) and report to senior management.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the food service/wholesale sector.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Support the team with key account management and relationship building with high-value customers.
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure swift resolution.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff as required.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales management, preferably in foodservice, FMCG, or wholesale/distribution.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with both telesales and field sales teams.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and account development.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office/Business Central (desirable).
