Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance performance. Manage daily operations within the retail environment, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Communicate regularly with team members to motivate and guide them towards success. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement. Conduct training sessions for staff on sales techniques and product knowledge. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers. Engage with customers to understand their needs and enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the retail sector. Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Exceptional time management skills, allowing for efficient prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of retail management principles and practices. Ability to sell effectively while fostering relationships with customers.
