Sales Manager
to lead, develop, and inspire our Account Management team - driving growth through strong relationships and strategic leadership.
The Role
As
Sales Manager
, you'll lead a high-performing team of
B2B Account Managers
who work directly with dental practices to strengthen relationships, grow product adoption, and drive revenue. You'll set the tone, define the strategy, and ensure every team member is equipped to succeed.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coaching people, shaping sales strategies, and making a direct impact on the growth of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the team
of Account Managers - setting goals, tracking performance, and supporting their success
Driving growth
in Swift Flex aligner partnerships
Refining sales processes
to improve efficiency, conversion, and client satisfaction
Nurturing relationships
with key clients and group practices
Monitoring KPIs
including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and revenue growth
Identifying opportunities
for new campaigns, partner training, or service improvements
About You
Proven experience leading sales or account management teams - ideally in B2B, healthcare, dental, or medical sectors
Strong leadership skills
with a track record of hitting commercial targets
Ability to coach, motivate, and mentor a team with diverse experience levels
Strategic thinker who can balance relationship-building with a performance-driven mindset
Confident communicator with excellent commercial awareness
Experience with CRM tools and performance dashboards
