Sales Manager

to take our sales operation to the next level.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will oversee multiple team leaders and their sales teams. You'll be responsible for driving performance, motivating staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring consistent delivery of targets across the board.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can adapt to a range of personalities, coach with impact, and lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage team leaders and their respective sales teams Drive sales performance through effective coaching and KPI management Adapt your leadership style to different personality types and team dynamics Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews Contribute to sales strategy, process improvements, and business growth Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and high customer service standards Create a positive, results-driven culture on the sales floor

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Sales Manager is essential

Proven success managing target-driven sales teams Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to motivate, coach, and bring the best out of different personalities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

: Experience and proven track record in a similar role - telesales, car finance, or a regulated sales environment Understanding of FCA compliance and ethical selling practices
