Sales Manager - Premium Vape & Wellness Store (Bristol)

Salary: 30,000 + Monthly Bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Step into a fast-growing retail brand with a sleek, premium store presence in high-footfall, Grade A locations. Tidal Vape is expanding, and we're looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Manager to lead from the front in our Bristol store.

This is not a behind-the-desk management role. You'll be on the shop floor, leading by example, engaging with customers, driving sales, and inspiring your team to smash targets and earn bonuses.

What You'll Do:

Lead sales on the floor by actively engaging customers and demonstrating product knowledge Take full accountability for store KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, and average transaction values Coach and motivate your team to reach and exceed individual and store targets Manage inventory and ensure the store is always clean, stocked and visually appealing Be the go-to expert in our vape, CBD, and wellness product ranges (training provided)

About You:

Confident, charismatic, and hands-on - you're not afraid to take the lead and get involved Experienced in retail sales - ideally 2+ years in a sales-driven store environment Proven ability to hit and exceed targets, both individually and as part of a team Natural leader - someone who leads by doing, inspires others, and thrives in fast-paced retail A strong communicator who makes customers feel welcome and supported Aged 21+, with a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (store support flexibility is required)

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience opening or growing a new store or location A personal interest in vaping, CBD, or wellness Previous experience in premium/lifestyle retail environments
