Sales Manager

to lead our residential sales department and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team Drive performance and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Carry out valuations and win new instructions Oversee the entire sales pipeline from instruction through to completion Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process Report directly to the company directors and contribute to strategic planning Identify new opportunities in the local property market
Requirements:

Proven track record in residential property sales Previous managerial or team leadership experience within estate agency Strong listing and negotiation skills Ability to lead from the front and inspire team performance Excellent knowledge of the Bromley and surrounding property market preferred Strong communication, organisational and people skills
