We are seeking an experienced and motivated trailer and vehicle Salesperson to join our team at Trek Trailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting our range of trailers and vehicles, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to all customers.

Trek-Trailers is the premier provider of trailer sales, hire, and service solutions in the Suffolk area. We are also an approved Honda ATV & Lawn and Garden franchisee. Our commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service has made us a trusted name in the industry. We cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals, businesses, and agricultural operations, offering a comprehensive range of trailers and related services. One of four dealership sites throughout the UK.

Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager



Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell Trek Trailers' range of trailers and vehicles to customers Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and set KPIs Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support Ensure that customers are aware of all available financing options Maintain a detailed understanding of Trek Trailers' products and services Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity Foster strong relationships with customers to maximise repeat business Manage and maintain inventory levels within the dealership Attend and participate in all training sessions and sales meetings Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records Work in collaboration with other team members to manage leads and ensure the best possible customer experience Drive sales leads through the attendance of trade shows

Requirements:



At least

two years of experience in sales

or a closely related field Prior experience selling trailers or vehicles would be an advantage Experience of horses and the industry either through a previous role or hobby would be beneficial Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good organisational and time-management skills Valid driver's license

Standard working hours are 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday & Saturdays 9am - 1pm (Saturday working is on a rota working 1 week in 2)
