You would be working with the Sales and Marketing teams to help build and implement the sales and marketing strategy within Global regions.
Management & development of key customers in Global regions
Develop existing customer base as well as new business prospects to ensure P&L Budget is met
Monitor market trends and industry updates, collaborating with the NPD team to identify new growth areas or concepts
Develop and implement an omni-channel sales & marketing strategy
Monitoring and reporting on performance - Brand Plans, Rolling Forecast, Quarterly Reporting etc.
Put together annual sales budgets utilizing customer knowledge, sales data and market intelligence

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within Consumer Goods, preferably in a Global setting
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team.
Strong sales reporting, financial and budgeting skills.
Able to travel up to customers, trade shows, and events.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the import/export/manufacturing sector.
