Job Description
Dynamic Creative Agency based just outside of Colchester, are recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic Sales Manager to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for generating new business to the agency, by connecting with businesses to help them understand how our creative marketing and design could benefit them. While working closely with the marketing team, to help drive the agencies' strategy and marketing goals.
The role:
Generating new business, thinking of innovative ways to attract new clients Deep dive analysis of our current clients before upselling new strategies & marketing tools Working closely with the Creative Director to help drive the business forward & develop a growth strategy
The ideal candidate:
Ideally experience in a marketing agency Someone driven, enthusiastic, with great communication skills 2+ years in a similar role Excellent record of sales achievement Strategic minded with great negotiation skills A creative thinker who is confident putting forward ideas and suggestions
