We are a dynamic and growing company specialising in vehicle graphics, fleet graphics, paint protection film (PPF), and colour change services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality, seamless execution, and outstanding customer service. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Inbound Enquiries Management: Handle inbound enquiries professionally, providing accurate information and delivering tailored solutions to potential clients. Pricing & Estimations: Collaborate with the team to price projects and provide accurate estimates for clients, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers such as fleet managers, operations managers, HGV suppliers, and new car sales garages. Establish long-term partnerships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. Lead Generation & Business Development: Take a proactive approach to generating leads by making cold calls, knocking on doors, and conducting market research to identify new clients and business opportunities. Sales Growth: Convert inbound leads into customers, achieve personal and company sales targets, and contribute to the overall business growth by expanding the client base. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout

Key Requirements:



Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in vehicle graphics, fleet graphics, PPF, or colour change services. Strong ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently, generate your own leads, and pursue new business opportunities (cold calling and knocking on doors). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for delivering tailored solutions to clients. Knowledge of the fleet management industry, HGV suppliers, and new car sales would be an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
