Ready to take ownership of a high-performing sales function and drive growth across the UK corporate market?
A global leader in data, analytics, and information intelligence is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its UK mid-market to enterprise sales team, driving new logo acquisition and strategic growth across the corporate sector.
Following strong organic expansion and a new team structure, you'll lead five Account Executives across the UK, setting high standards of performance, process, and collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on coaching, sales discipline, and consistent execution.
Key priorities include:

  • Coaching and developing a distributed sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Enforcing a structured sales motion and data-driven approach to performance
  • Driving collaboration across Marketing, SDRs, and Partner teams to build pipeline
  • Representing the Corporate segment at industry events, panels, and forums
  • Delivering clear forecasting, reporting, and visibility up to senior leadership
About You
You're a proven enterprise sales leader, hands-on, commercially sharp, and confident managing complex sales cycles. You combine strategic thinking with the drive to execute. You're passionate about leading from the front, developing people, and delivering results.
You'll bring:
  • Extensive experience leading B2B sales teams within complex, consultative selling environments -- ideally across mid-market or enterprise-level customers.
  • Proven success driving new business acquisition through structured, repeatable sales motions and disciplined execution.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise sales methodologies, with the ability to coach around qualification, value articulation, and closing strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing distributed teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and shared ownership of results.
  • Collaborative approach across functions, aligning with Marketing, SDRs, and Partner channels to drive predictable pipeline growth.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical strength, capable of translating data and metrics into actionable performance improvement.
  • High personal profile and confidence in public forums, including panels, events, and thought-leadership communities.
  • Calm under pressure, comfortable leading in a slower-velocity, complex deal environment that rewards persistence and precision.
