Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in the store. You'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service across all touchpoints. You will be hands-on, visible on the shop floor, and act as a role model for delivering the Reiss Experience.
We are only looking for candidates with experience in Fashion Retail
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Sales
Inspire and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service Train and support team to build long-term customer relationships Use styling and product knowledge to drive conversion and basket size Ensure consistent Reiss Experience across all customer interactions
Team Leadership & Development
Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve personal and store goals Conduct regular training and performance conversations Deliver feedback, recognition, and address underperformance constructively Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
Commercial Focus
Achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs Analyse commercial reports and take action to maximise sales opportunities Drive performance through excellent product knowledge and stock awareness
Operations & Standards
Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness Ensure replenishment, stockroom and delivery processes run efficiently Uphold health & safety and compliance procedures
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a retail supervisor or management role (fashion retail preferred) Commercial awareness and strong KPI understanding A confident communicator and team leader Passion for styling, customer experience and premium fashion Organised, hands-on and able to work under pressure Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods
