Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and cultivating ideas and executing them. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
We are looking for someone to manage our team of sales agents in a challenging outbound sales role. Your main responsibilities will be assisting and motivating your team to meet challenging KPI's. Managing the day to day running of your team, such as coaching, quality feedback, sickness and absence, as well as assisting in any other areas requested by the operations team to ensure the success of the campaign.
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Cultivating lead generation ideas for execution
Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

Requirements
Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is essential.

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
