Champion Motor Company is seeking a proven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales operation in Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in automotive sales and team management to take ownership of a fast-paced, independent dealership.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, managing a small team, and driving business performance through effective sales strategies and buying/selling expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the vehicle sales team
Oversee stock sourcing, preparation, and advertising
Maintain high standards in customer service and vehicle presentation
Monitor sales performance and implement process improvements
Ensure accurate and timely listings across advertising platforms
Contribute ideas to enhance the dealership's growth and efficiency

Requirements:
Experience in vehicle sales is essential - across all makes and models
Proven track record in a sales management or leadership role
Strong understanding of buying, selling, and stock control
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional, driven, and commercially minded
