The role

We're looking for a

Sales Manager

to join our team. Think less corporate boardroom, more conversations over coffee with clients, finding creative ways to connect buyers and sellers, and building relationships that really last. You'll help lead our sales team, spot opportunities in the market, and be a trusted guide for people making big (and exciting!) life moves. Every day is different, and that's what makes it fun.

You'll fit right in if...

You've got some solid sales experience (property knowledge is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker) You're confident, approachable, and genuinely enjoy working with people You're organised and calm, even when things get busy You've got a love for (or at least curiosity about) the South Devon lifestyle and property market You're tech-friendly and happy to pick up new systems along the way Most importantly, you're proactive, positive, and excited about being part of a boutique agency where no two days are the same

Pay: 27,000.00-42,000.00 per year
