Our client, an independent surfacing contractor, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team. The business delivers high-quality projects nationwide, working with clients across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK.
Role Description:
- The Sales Manager will drive organic business growth and strengthen relationships with existing key clients in the asphalt surfacing sector.
- Hands-on leadership role combining team management, strategic sales planning, and direct client engagement.
- Shaping commercial performance and coaching your team.
- Set, monitor, and deliver regional sales targets and KPIs
- Client visits and pipeline review
- Oversee tenders and bids.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability.
- Organised and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Understanding of sales processes, bids, and tender management
- 50-60k plus uncapped commission
- Company car (Hybrid or Electric)
