Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate retail sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for your branch.
Ensure compliance with UK regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to maintain product availability.
Efficiently manage team schedules and assign duties based on customer footfall and busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.
Achieve KPIs and monthly sales targets through effective team collaboration.
Focus on visual merchandising, including in-store displays, shelving, and point-of-sale materials.
Train staff through product and sales demonstrations as needed.
Collaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives.
Maintain optimal staffing levels by coordinating with the HR department (manpower planning and execution).
Requirements:
4-5 years of retail management experience (experience in the vape industry is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of vape products and UK regulations is an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in POS systems, G Suite, and MS Office.
