We're seeking a

self-motivated B2B Sales Manager

to help drive growth in our

fire door compliance software

business. You'll manage your own pipeline, build lasting client relationships, and close new business opportunities across the UK.

Monday to Friday - no weekends

About the Role



We're seeking a

self-managed, results-driven Sales Manager

to join our growing team at

Contactless Check Solutions (CCS)

, a leading provider of

fire door compliance software

with

RFID technology

.

This is an exciting opportunity for a

B2B sales professional

who thrives on building relationships, managing their own pipeline, and closing deals. You'll be part of a supportive team but will have full ownership of your own sales activity, working independently via

Microsoft Teams

,

on-site meetings

, and

telephone conversations

to bring new business into the company.

Full product training will be provided, so direct experience with our system isn't essential, though knowledge of

fire door legislation

would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

across the UK Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

Confidently

deliver product demonstrations and presentations

Negotiate and close sales

to meet and exceed targets

Manage your own leads and pipeline

using our CRM system Keep detailed CRM updates and follow up with prospects proactively Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and support business growth Stay up to date with

industry trends

and competitor activity

What We're Looking For



Proven success in

B2B sales

Excellent
