We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Renewals Manager to join our growing sales team:


Responsibilities:



Managing and increasing sales by maintaining and developing customer accounts in the staffing agency market Supporting, coaching and managing a team of Account Managers Ensuring the team are renewing, growing and maximising accounts, utilising data effectively to support our proposal and account retention Growing the team's and your own personal account base, through proactive and structured account reviews Continually maximising profit through effective account management, finding new upsell opportunities, ensuring accounts are purchasing additional products Attending client meetings both alone and with your team where required Conduct 1-to-1s and team meetings as well as quarterly and annual reviews Manage activity and productivity to ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are being reached Ensure accurate forecasting of the renewals pipeline, reporting directly into the Head of department Compile and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports

What we're looking for



Strong team management experience Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results orientated account management team Sales experience, with the ability to identify and maximise upsell opportunities Strong negotiation skills with experience speaking to key decision makers Ability to translate the needs of our customers into working procedures and sales opportunities Ability to work calmly and effectively whilst working to various KPIs Obtain and respond positively to feedback and take an active interest in personal development
