to lead the sales team in our

Hastings

office - a branch with serious untapped potential. You will also be working alongside a market leading lettings team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading, motivating, and inspiring a dedicated team to exceed performance targets Driving business development and expanding the branch's market share Creating and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships Managing daily operations while ensuring compliance and professional standards Being a proactive presence - both in the office and within the local community

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential sales Strong leadership skills - able to guide, develop, and energise a team A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting Passion for property and a hunger to build something special Solid local knowledge (or the determination to learn quickly) Full UK driving licence
