Who you are:
Have 3 years experience in people management (line management to mid- management level)
Proven leader with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence
Target driven and ambitious
Experience in coaching people with the ability to adapt their style to suit individual needs
Strong business analytic skills, identifying any issues and taking the necessary action
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficient in math for analysing sales data and forecasting
Knowledge of stock management principles is a plus
As the Sales Manager:

Main Duties
Exceed the monthly financial net profit target
Ensure your team deliver outstanding customer experience
Responsible for a team of Sales Representatives
Consistently live the company's core values and instil this in your team members
Controlling the Baylis sales process
HR duties for the sales department
Managing the used car stock portfolio- including cleaning/preparation and pricing
Used car digital presence and marketing, keeping the website stock up to date and ensuring a high quality of imagery
Purchasing and disposal of used car stock alongside the group used car purchaser
Cost/expense control
Reporting and analysing departmental accounts
Full UK Driving license is required
