Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to run a team in the home improvement sector The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management . This role requires an individual who is not only passionate about driving sales but also excels in team management and customer relations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve sales targets, leading a team of sales representatives,recruiting new sales and marketing agents.

Responsibilities



Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to maximise performance and productivity. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills in selling techniques and product knowledge. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent phone etiquette and effective communication. Organise and manage sales meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging with a broader client base. Demonstrated proficiency in supervising teams and managing performance effectively. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in reporting and documentation. A passion for selling coupled with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
