This is a pivotal role within the business, offering a unique opportunity to shape and deliver strategic sales plans while building relationships with key retailers and managing our national network of agents. You'll be inheriting established accounts and warm leads, but we're looking for someone with the drive to grow these relationships, identify new opportunities, and help take our offering to the next level.
As part of the sales leadership team, you will take responsibility for the management and development of key and independent accounts and implement strategies to grow our presence with retailers we don't yet work with You will be expected to deep-dive into customer insights and sales data to drive smart, profitable decisions, while also playing a leading role in promotional activity, competitor benchmarking, and analysing the performance of our website and e-commerce channels.
