Role & Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed KPIs and drive growth
Provide regular feedback, training, and mentoring
Manage and grow key customer accounts
Develop and deliver a sales plan to expand the customer base and boost revenue
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to meet joint commercial goals
Oversee pricing, margin, and purchasing strategies
Collaborate across departments to streamline internal processes
Ensure a standout customer experience and accurate CRM management
Continuously improve sales processes and team knowledge
Stay informed on product developments, trends, and competitors
What You'll Bring
Essential:
Proven sales leadership, ideally in telecoms, IT, or similar
A track record of delivering sales results and developing teams
Strong grasp of KPIs, metrics, and commercial strategy
Effective coaching, motivation, and communication skills
Commercially savvy, with pricing and budget experience
Confident in managing suppliers and performance targets
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Microsoft Office proficient; CRM experience preferred
Customer-focused with a drive for excellence
Desirable:
Experience in channel sales (Telecoms, IT, AV, etc.)
Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp new products
