is a leading global brand of Pilates apparatus, known for innovation, quality, and value. As we continue our rapid international expansion, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven International Sales Manager to support our growth in global markets.
Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Sales, this role is responsible for managing and growing our network of resellers and distributors across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be the primary point of contact for international accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, sales growth, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, experience in managing international partnerships, and a consultative sales approach. Proficiency in any Asian language is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with partners and prospects.
Respond promptly to inquiries and deliver professional proposals and pricing quotes.
Conduct partner reviews to identify sales opportunities and enhance account performance.
Visit distributors/resellers to train teams, pitch clients, and develop business strategies.
Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, aligning tools and procedures with company standards.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Keep current on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Notify partners of new product releases and discontinued items (with admin support).
Report market insights and customer feedback to management.
Business Development
Conduct market analysis to identify white space and strategic growth opportunities.
Work with VP, Commercial Sales to recruit and manage new distributors/resellers.
Build strong relationships with prospective customers and partners.
Prospect using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry associations.
Attend trade shows, conventions, and product seminars to represent the brand and generate leads.
Administrative & Customer Service
Accurately maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.
Collaborate with internal departments (Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, Sales Coordination) to resolve issues and support partners.
Complete other duties as assigned to support international sales efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5+ years of experience in account management or international business development.
Proven ability to work independently and exceed sales goals.
Strategic thinker with strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
Exceptional communication skills--written, verbal, and presentation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Second and Third language is an asset
Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is an asset.
