Job Summary
Henleys Estate Agents are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and hands-on
Sales Manager
to lead our busy
Sales Department
based in Isleworth. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle--from generating instructions and handling enquiries to progressing deals through to completion--while ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered at every stage.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, delivering exceptional customer service.
Handle incoming enquiries and register prospective buyers professionally.
Actively canvass and prospect for new business and property instructions.
Prepare accurate sales documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
Manage property sales from offer through to exchange and completion.
Liaise with solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.
Conduct property viewings and provide regular vendor feedback.
Negotiate offers and secure sales with a focus on best outcomes.
Stay up to date with the local property market and pricing trends.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve office sales targets.
Support the team's growth and contribute to a positive office culture.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years' experience
in estate agency sales.
Valid
UK driving licence
and access to a vehicle.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication skills--verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Additional language skills are an advantage.
NAEA qualification is desirable or willingness to work toward one.
