Looking for a dynamic
Sales Manager
to lead the charge in growing our UK sales network, building strategic relationships, and expanding our national footprint. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on autonomy, excels at stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about driving results.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across the UK.
Managing and developing relationships with our dealership network, suppliers, and customers.
Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and markets.
Working closely with our service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Representing GreenCrop at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events at home and abroad.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Delivering product training and support to the dealer network.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales management, ideally within agriculture, plant, or automotive sectors.
A solid understanding of agricultural or mechanical machinery is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Flexible, innovative, and eager to learn.
Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally as required.
