Vitruvian Dental Studio is a

luxury private dental brand

with practices in Leeds and Barnsley. We offer a

experience to all of our patients and are expanding rapidly with internal innovations and future locations already planned. We offer everything from same day smile makeovers to teeth straightening and full new sets of teeth in a day all under one roof.
We are looking for a

career orientated, motivated and experienced sales manager

to help to build our sales team and maximise their performance. You will be responsible for ensuring each member hits their KPI's, provide guidance and training where required and implement improvements to systems and processes.

Previous dental experience is not essential

we will provide you with all of the knowledge you need!

Ideal applicant

Experience with growing, training and managing a sales team to hit and exceed KPI's Proven coaching skills with a hands on attitude to maximise the potential of your team Worked within a high end/luxury industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills An organised leader who will inspire and motivate their team
