Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales operations across Scotland Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and commercial sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Manage and mentor a small but growing sales team Produce accurate quotes, follow up leads, and close sales Collaborate with fitting teams and office staff to ensure smooth project delivery Track performance against KPIs and contribute to strategic sales planning
What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience in windows, doors, or home improvement sector (preferred) A confident communicator with strong negotiation and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and managing own time effectively Willingness to travel across Scotland - full UK driving licence essential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Passionate about quality, customer satisfaction, and business growth
