As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing software (ERP/CRM/BI) sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a high-performing sales culture that aligns with our company's objectives.

Duties



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills of team members in selling techniques and product knowledge. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Oversee administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Maintain an organised approach to managing leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Utilise phone etiquette effectively when communicating with clients and prospects.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in administrative duties related to sales processes. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for communicating with a broader client base. Exceptional phone etiquette for professional client interactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.

Pay: 48,690.00-54,401.00 per year
