With our iMend brand, we've become a go-to name for high-quality device repairs and eco-conscious recycling across the UK. We're now looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead growth across B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of sales strategies targeting business clients (including schools, insurance providers, and corporates)
Manage existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities and building long-term relationships
Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with the marketing team
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate sales records, track KPIs, and report performance metrics
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions
Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the tech, IT services, or telecoms sector
A solid understanding of IT support, device repairs, and tech sustainability
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Full UK Driving Licence (occasional travel required)
