Hyatt Regency London Olympia will be part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic convention centre built in 1873, into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district in West London. Anchored by the iconic glass barrel-vaulted roofs of the Grand and National Halls, the new 14-acre site will feature a boutique multi-screen arthouse cinema, a 4,000-capacity music and performing arts venue, a 1,500-seat theatre, a rooftop sky garden, as well as restaurants, shops, cafes, and office and co-working spaces.
Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, as well as a lobby lounge. Additionally, there will be3meeting rooms and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.
Duties and responsibilities related to the Sales Manager role
Responsible for achieving budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and assist in maximising profitability
Perform daily sales activities including face to face meetings, contracting & rate negotiations, attendance at trade shows both locally and internationally, participate on FAM trips and conduct regular site inspections
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalise on emerging opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to generate business, to include room sales and food & beverage sales. You will be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining long lasting relationships
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns

With excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills, you excel in seizing market opportunities and generating revenue streams. Your adaptability and proactive approach ensure alignment with business objectives. Experience in a similar role is essential.
