Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximise performance. Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service. Oversee administrative tasks related to sales activities, including inventory management and order processing. Utilise time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position within retail management. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent selling skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele. Exceptional time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
