An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of London's most prestigious caterers as the Sales Manager. The perfect candidate will be someone who is constantly motivated by sales targets, great at managing a team, has a passion for working in the catering industry and excellent people skills!
Main Duties
The successful candidate will be required to:
Employ sales skills to convert reactive enquiries into confirmed business
Successfully manage the sales team to achieve their sales targets
Maintain regular contact with venues and develop new venue relationships, employing sales skills to gain referrals for new business opportunities
Communicate your full understanding of Seasoned services to all clients
Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
Accommodate meetings and tastings with clients to suit their requirements
Communicate function details and client requirements to the operations team
Attend client and Seasoned events when required
Initiate, facilitate, motivate and monitor effective communication channels to maximize sales opportunities
Liaise with other members of Crown Partnership sales teams to promote sales opportunities and increase professionalism
Be able to match appropriate products to the clients' requirements
Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievements and activities
Handle correspondence relating to all selling activities
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times
The Sales Manager
The successful candidate will be/have:
Motivated by sales targets
Experience in a similar sales management role
Confident and motivated within the Events/Hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills
High professionalism
Proactive within own work
