Job Summary
We are seeking a
Sales Manager
who will be responsible for driving sales, managing in-store customer relationships, and helping scale our operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in tech sales or retail electronics, understands customer needs, and can lead a team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Train and motivate front desk/sales staff to improve conversion and upsell rates
Develop strategies to boost foot traffic and in-store purchases
Track inventory trends and collaborate with procurement
Handle customer queries, quotes, and service escalations when necessary
Implement and monitor local marketing and promotional campaigns
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
Ensure pricing accuracy and visual merchandising is up to brand standards
Work closely with the repair team to understand timelines and communicate clearly to customers
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail or tech sales (electronics or telecom preferred)
Proven record of meeting sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service approach and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of electronics repairs, accessories, and device trends a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12,000.00-18,000.00 per year
