L.E/Miami

- a globally recognised and celebrated platform for high-end, design-led luxury travel. Known for its bold, creative approach and industry-shaping community, L.E/Miami brings together the most forward-thinking brands and travel designers in the contemporary luxury space.


We're looking for a

strategic, commercially driven and well-connected Sales Manager

to lead the growth of our

exhibitor

and

buyer

communities and drive revenue across the platform. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong network in luxury travel and hospitality, a passion for building relationships, and a sharp eye for new opportunities on both the supplier and buyer side of the business.


As a senior member of the L.E/Miami sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the event's commercial success - securing partnerships with iconic travel brands, nurturing a highly curated group of buyers, and helping evolve one of the most creative and culture-led shows in the industry.

What you will do:



Drive exhibitor and buyer acquisition by identifying, pitching, and closing high-end travel brands and leading travel designers Source and secure sponsorships that strategically align with our event's offerings Use data-driven insights to develop tailored proposals and manage end-to-end negotiations with key decision-makers Build and maintain long-term relationships with both exhibitors and buyers, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term value Use market insights and industry trends to shape commercial strategy and grow event impact Represent L.E/Miami at key industry events and meetings - both locally and globally Collaborate across internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to ensure alignment and a seamless client journey Support junior team members, offering guidance and sharing best practices to elevate overall performance Manage data and pipeline through CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy in reporting and forecasting

What you will need:



5+ years of experience in luxury travel or hospitality sales, with at least 2 years at Sales Manager level Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong network and understanding of the high-end hospitality and travel industry landscape Confident negotiating high-value partnerships and handling complex sales cycles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in email, spreadsheets, calendars, shared drives (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to think commercially and strategically in a fast-moving environment Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly, especially during peak event times
