We are seeking a brilliant Sales Manager with digital sales and CRM experience in a high-end hospitality environment to support our Barrafina Group Head of Sales in London.
We'd love to meet motivated, confident candidates with solid experience in B2B client development, partnerships, and data-led decision-making.

Sales Manager
Salary of 45,000 up to 50,000 DOE
Monday to Friday role from 09:30am till 06:00pm
Evenings and Events presence required on average between 2-3 times per month

The Sales Manager role
At least 2 years' experience in a sales-focused role within hospitality, ideally at a senior or manager level
A strong understanding of how to drive reservations, private dining, group bookings and exclusive hire sales
Be a brilliant team player who brings positivity, empathy and respect to the table
Confident using data and CRM tools to make smart, informed decisions
Great experience with SevenRooms or similar platforms is a must
Building meaningful, lasting client relationships with corporates, concierges, VIP clients and partners
Bringing our sales strategy to life, and working closely with our Head of Sales to boost revenue across the board
Managing private events from start to finish, from first enquiry to flawless execution on the day
Keeping a close eye on KPIs and adjusting our approach as needed
Helping us grow and look after a high-value guest database, making sure every interaction feels personal and well thought through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you'll be representing our brand, so warmth and professionalism are a must
Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, always with care and attention to detail
Always showing strong team ethic and empathy for your colleagues
