We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced

Estate Agent Branch Manager

to lead and inspire our sales team in the heart of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving business growth, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious and results-driven individual with a proven track record in the London property sales market.

Key Responsibilities



Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales negotiators to meet and exceed branch sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews and provide continuous training and development.

Business Development:

Be a key driver of new business, winning instructions, and securing new properties for sale. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share in a competitive London landscape.

Sales Oversight:

Oversee the entire sales process, from valuation and marketing to negotiation and completion, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with vendors and buyers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and positive reviews.

Local Market Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of the Central London property sales market, including competitor activity, market trends, and property values.

Essential Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior estate agency sales role (e.g., Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager) with a proven record of winning instructions and exceeding targets. Experience in a managerial capacity is essential.

Market Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the London property sales market, including current legislation and best practices.

Leadership:

Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire a team.

Sales & Negotiation:

Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with a relentless drive to close deals and secure new business.

Customer Service:

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Personal Attributes:

Highly organized, resilient, and a natural problem-solver. Must be commercially astute and target-driven.

License:

A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
