Located in the heart of Shoreditch, Motel Studios is a unique and sought-after East London events venue boasting 7,000 sq ft of characterful space within converted Victorian railway arches. Renowned for our blend of luxury and industrial aesthetics - exposed brickwork, high ceilings, and even drive-in vehicle access - we provide a blank canvas for corporate events, product launches, private parties, creative workshops, and weddings alike.
The Role
As our Corporate Sales Manager, you'll lead our corporate events sales, turning leads into bookings, driving growth, and delivering standout client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Corporate Sales:
Identify and secure bookings for product launches, networking events, and brand activations. Meet and exceed B2B event revenue targets
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the go-to contact for clients from initial enquiry to signed contract. Host venue tours and build long-term relationships
Custom Proposals & Contracts:
Develop tailored event packages and negotiate pricing that aligns with business goals while delighting clients
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work alongside the Operations, Weddings, and Studio teams to ensure seamless handovers and exceptional client service
Market Insight & Innovation:
Monitor trends, suggest new packages or promotions, and help keep Motel Studios ahead of the competition
Sales Reporting:
Use our CRM to maintain an accurate pipeline, track targets, and deliver monthly forecasts and performance analysis

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a confident event sales professional who combines a proactive sales mindset with a passion for the events world and excellent client-handling skills.
2+ years' experience in event venue sales, hospitality sales, or B2B event coordination
Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed sales targets
Knowledge of corporate event planning and operations
Friendly, professional communication style
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Hands-on, client-first attitude
Collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, close-knit environment
Self-starter with initiative and drive
