The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving top-line, multi-year growth within your assigned region. Taking ownership of all sales and commercial activities, you'll create strategy and lead a high-performing team to deliver on the vision. You'll drive pricing strategy, in collaboration with colleagues, prepare quotes and manage documentation, to ensure Bodycote is reflected professionally. With a deep understanding of sales processes, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
What We're Looking For
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams
Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships that deliver commercial growth
Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and using data/insights to inform decisions
Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity
Strong technical appreciation of aerospace alloys and heat treatment processes
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
