Overview


We're looking for an ambitious

Sales Manager

to drive growth across our fintech and financial education divisions. You'll lead sales strategy, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and develop partnerships that support the company's mission to empower individuals through technology and financial literacy.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Build, coach, and manage a motivated sales team focused on performance and customer success. Identify and pursue B2B and B2C partnership opportunities. Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion and retention. Analyse performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience within fintech, SaaS, or financial services preferred. Ability to build relationships with clients and partners across multiple markets. Strong analytical and CRM management skills.
