We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proven track record in retail or sales management. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to support diverse customer needs and expand market reach.

Duties



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximise revenue. Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Manage daily sales operations, including overseeing merchandising, product presentation, and promotional activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, organisational skills, and management practices. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan campaigns and promotional events that enhance brand visibility. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure optimal stock availability. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team progress for senior management.

Qualifications



Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with supervisory or team management responsibilities. Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred. Demonstrable experience in merchandising, sales management, and organisational skills essential for success in this role. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Previous administrative experience including report writing, data analysis, and utilisation of organisational tools. Exceptional phone etiquette coupled with professional interpersonal skills to engage clients confidently. A recognised qualification in business management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
