Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated
Sales Manager
to join our expanding team in the
Cheshire/Manchester
region. This role is pivotal in driving regional sales, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the golf and leisure markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and engage prospective clients, including private individuals, golf clubs, academies, and commercial developers
Deliver consultative, solution-based sales by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate Huxley Golf products
Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation, and order closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Liaise with technical and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Attend relevant events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the Huxley Golf brand
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy
Report sales activity and forecasts to the senior management team
Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in field-based B2C and/or B2B sales, ideally in the sports, construction, or landscaping industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory effectively
Passion for golf or knowledge of the golfing industry is essential
Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
