This is an office-based role. The Sales Team work from our Manchester Office 4 days a week, and one day from home
You'll Be Doing
We are looking for an additional Sales Manager (SM )to build and lead a high-performing acquisition sales team. As a leader within the department, you will be at the heart of driving sales strategy, performance, development and retention of the team. The SM will be vital in helping to build relationships across the wider teams in London, Brighton, and leading the department to success.
Providing mentoring and coaching for your team of 10-12 BDMs
Reviewing performance and effectiveness through analytics and pipeline management
Agreeing and setting daily/weekly targets and KPIs for your team
Collaborating with other SMs on best practice, process improvements and knowledge sharing
Working alongside the Head of Sales to assist in developing sales strategies to drive growth
Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
Working closely with our People Team on attracting, interviewing, and onboarding talent into your team
We're Looking For
2+ years of Sales Management Experience (ideally in B2B, although not required)
Experience in a 360 sales cycle
A proven track record of working to KPIs
An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings

First stage: 30-minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Telephone call)
Second Stage interview: 60-minute in-person interview with Sales Managers
Final stage: In person interview with Head of sales and People Team
