Due to an exciting internal promotion, we are looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Manager to lead our successful team at Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield.
Anticipated Start Date: February 2026
We are offering a 40,000 basic salary with an OTE of 60,000 plus company car and company benefits.

About the role:
As Sales Manager, you'll be supported by a strong team structure, working alongside a dedicated New Car Manager and with the direct support of two Business Managers. You'll have the chance to inspire both your team and customers with Volkswagen's diverse product range - from cutting-edge electric vehicles to iconic performance models such as the GTI and Golf R. Behind the scenes, your success will also be supported by efficient preparation processes, thanks to two dedicated prep technicians.
We're looking for either an experienced Car Sales Manager with a proven track record, or an Assistant Sales/Business Manager with at least two years' experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience in managing sales campaigns and promotions that maximise performance, profitability, and efficiency whilst ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards
• Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to coach, support, and motivate your team in achieving a clear and achievable monthly sales target of 60-70 vehicles, while ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Confidence in selling a range of add-on products, including finance, while maintaining customer trust and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction
