We are now looking for a Sales Manager to drive the growth of Retail business of UK & I in Customer Brands Business Area. You will be based in Milton Keynes or Tipton, UK and report to Commercial Director UK, Customer Brands.
As a Sales Manager in Customer Brands you are responsible to maximize the sustainable short and long term sales and profitability, through effective strategic key account management of retail customers, in line with the company strategy.
What you will do:Develop and implement commercial plans for own customer(s) and contribute to the country overall success
Manage pricing, discounts and trade investments within set guidelines
Prepare & own sales forecasts
Track and analyze commercial performance using KPIs and take needed actions
Manage the customer portfolio and ensure effective new business generation (listings etc)
Implement customer strategies and management (customer classification, segmentation, priorities)
Drive the customer collaboration and build strong customer relationships
Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Role model the leadership principles and collaborate effectively in the matrix and externally

What we appreciate:Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales or Key Account Management, with a strong track record of delivering results in the private label business in UK&I retailer landscape
You have a category growth mindset and are well known for your negotiation as well as analytical skills.
Strong account management and organizational skills.
Your strong interpersonal skills, ability listen, and collaborative spirit enables you to build and maintain trusting relationships with your various contacts
Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools are required.
Occasional travel outside of UK may be necessary.
University degree or equivalent based on working experience
