Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager at our MG Dealership in Cross Hills, Keighley. The successful candidate will have experience in the Motor Trade and ideally at management level. Duties will include but aren't limited to:-

Daily management of the Sales Teams' Diaries to ensure no opportunity is missed

Oversee the day-to-day presentation of the dealerships' Sales Department and maintain a high level of presentation both in the showroom and on the outdoor displays.

Actively generate prospects for the Sales Team using both manufacturer systems and working pro-actively working to locate and identify opportunities within our database.

Carry out daily Morning Meetings with the sales team to cover off outstanding tasks and requirements

Carry out a Weekly Management Site Tour, in line with Manufacturer requirements

Propose and oversee the acceptance and pay out of finance for New and Used Car deals

Prepare customer offers whilst maintaining a focus on profitability and working inside the guidelines of the FCA and Automotive Compliance.

Oversee all transactions to ensure that all of the required paperwork is accounted for and all each transaction has been carried out whilst following the correct process.

Complete and submit weekly reports as required

Manage and monitor customer satisfaction levels and maintain a strong "Likelihood To Recommend" score through the Manufacturers CS programme.

Oversee the marketing of Used cars in term of organising valet and photographs for the internet.

Manage the team's training from manufacturer brand training to annual FCA compliance tests and SAF tests to ensure deadlines are met.

Photo and list Trade vehicles through our chosen trade disposal website.

Organise outside repairs such as Alloy Wheels, Dent Removal, Smart Repairs etc

Oversee the customer updates with each exec and ensure all customer are kept up to date with the latest information regarding forward orders.

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
