As part of our exciting growth plans, we're looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our sales team.

The Role



We're on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, and hands-on Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) while also directly contributing to new business development. This is a pivotal role in helping Altus Safety achieve its ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of 3 BDMs to achieve individual and team targets Drive personal sales performance by identifying and securing new business opportunities Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals Monitor sales metrics, pipeline activity, and reporting to ensure performance consistency Collaborate with marketing and operations to support lead generation and project delivery Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide ongoing training and development Represent Altus Safety at industry events, client meetings, and presentations

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in a B2B sales or sales management role, ideally within construction, facility management, or niche technical services Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team Hands-on and proactive with a hunter mentality for new business Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness Organised and results-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
