We're looking for a

full-time Sales Manager

to lead and develop our sales team, drive growth and strengthen relationships with customers.

What you'll be doing:

Leading, motivating, and supporting the sales team Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue Managing and expanding key customer accounts Generating new business opportunities Producing and reviewing quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Providing product knowledge and advice to customers Monitoring performance and reporting on KPIs

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in sales leadership (Team Leader, Sales Manager, or similar role) Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Knowledge of Civils, Drainage, or Building Materials (preferred but not essential) Results-driven, organised, and proactive in approach Confident communicator with excellent leadership skills

The details:

Full-time role - Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Salary: Monthly bonus based on hitting targets Annual attendance bonus Based on-site in Newbury

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
